"We could have not started a painting project at a worse time than in the Spring of 2003.  The weather was just awful, but our By-Laws stated we had to paint at this time so we had no choice.

Now that the painting project is complete and we have had time to reflect on the results, all 13 Homeowners in our Town Homes Association are glad Potter Painting received the painting contract.  Our Town Homes are considered to be very upscale, and we are very dedicated to protecting our investment.  The painting certainly exceeded our expectations, but very important was the type of people you have employed.  There was never any loud music or radios blaring.  No loud conversations, and smoking was always away from our entrances.  At the end of each work day everything was cleaned up and they had excellent respect for our property.  We have all the praise in the world for them.
